Shipping policy
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be made and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes. For rush inquiries, please contact lisassm.stein@gmail.com.
Domestic Orders:
FedEx 2-Day: $15
FedEx Overnight (Insured): $25
Signature will be required upon delivery for your protection.
International Orders:
FedEx International (Insured): $70
Please note that the order recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. International shipping fee does not include brokerage fees, import and custom duties, VAT, tariffs, and other fees, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. L.A. Stein is not responsible for any of these associated fees. All costs incurred on a refused delivery due to high custom or brokerage fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs of returns/exchanges must be prepaid by the purchaser.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Please note that L.A. Stein is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared "delivered" by carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please email us at lisassm.stein@gmail.com.
REPAIRS
L.A. Stein offers free repairs for domestic orders within one year. Please note that repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Warrant for repair is voided if the item has been altered, resized, or repaired prior to being sent to L.A. Stein. Please allow 6-8 weeks for all repairs. For international repairs, please contact lisassm.stein@gmail.com. Any issues with merchandise will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
PERSONALIZED ORDERS
When you have placed a personalized order, you have committed to the item. Please note personalized orders are outside the scope of regular designed production and are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
