Stein jewelry within 7 days after receipt as long as it is unworn, undamaged and unaltered. Your items must be returned in the original packaging. Please contact lisassm.stein@gmail.com for a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label (for domestic orders) with further instructions. We will not accept returns without a return authorization number.

Please note that shipping, customs and other taxes on international returns or exchanges must be paid fully by the customer. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. We are only able to refund the original card used to place the order.
